This class can execute SQL queries in a MySQL database.

It can connect to a MySQL database and execute arbitrary SQL queries.

The class can also return the number of query result rows, escape text literal values, get the next auto-increment value for a table, get the last inserted identifier value, fetch query result values, and get the SQL LIMIT clause.
